overall very happy and great...

Liked: Room was well presented, clean and comfy... It was a late arvo/ early evening check in, which online booking, paying etc was quick, easy and convenient... Was great value, centrally located, ( which was important as i had a triple dose of radiotherapy over two days incl. early morning and late arvo treatments and the Shamrock Hotel next door provides great meals at reasonable prices..
Disliked: when we arrived at main doors, that were locked, many catalogues at door and a number to call, which i tried and was beginning to think i had been had, but they did promptly return My call and gave us a code to get into the door.. we then kinda stumbled in to a foyer with adjacent restuarant, but all was closed and we went up and down a few stairs and passed our host without knowing on way up... so maybe just a bit clearer signage or communication on booking. oh and the stairs and going out in cold for a smoke.. lol

Liked: The location was the only good thing about this place
Disliked: The place was dirty, a lot of the items in the room were broken. The fridge froze our drinks solid. The bathroom was disgusting. It was not with the money we paid. Would not recomend

Dont waste your money, absolutely...

Liked: Absolitely nothing except the location was good, right near the Odeon, we were going to a gig. Great location. Thought $100 a night was a great deal.Way over priced for what it was.
Disliked: the owner was rude. The place smelt terrible, when we got into the room it was dirty, the bed base had stains around it, the shower was dirt and the cheap shower caddy was rusty and falling apart, the vanity was dirty with empty sugar packets in the cupboard, we left straight away and checked into allurity hotel which was only $10 more.Seriously don't waste your money its an absolute dive.
