Overall experience good. Would stay there again due to cleanliness and price.
Liked: Very neat and clean. Actual check in at counter was quick and efficient. Food good and prices reasonable.
Disliked: No ashtray in smoking room and 50 minutes to check in, starting at 4:50pm due to an extremely large amount of people. Call to room at 1:30am telling us that our non-smoking room was ready which we did not request - wrong number.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

Disliked: Extremely Disappointing Customer ServiceI recently stayed at Harrah’s Resort with my family, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to consistently poor customer service. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready until approximately 8:00 PM. When we approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was unacceptably rude and dismissive. They offered no apology and simply stated that the hotel was overbooked and the room we reserved in a specific tower was not available.During our stay, the room was not cleaned for over three days, and even basic housekeeping like removing trash was completely neglected. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer resort-level service.To add to the frustration, when leaving the hotel, I paid for self-parking and was not given a receipt. When I asked for one, the attendant rudely told me I would have to drive back to valet parking if I wanted it, then turned and walked away without another word.Bottom line: the customer service at Harrah’s Resort was horrendous from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with children.

Disliked: My bed linen was filthy dirty. When I called house keeping to change it they showed up at 1am and never returned . My husband is disabled veteran . This was so unbelievable.
