Overall experience good. Would stay there again due to cleanliness and price.

Liked: Very neat and clean. Actual check in at counter was quick and efficient. Food good and prices reasonable.
Disliked: No ashtray in smoking room and 50 minutes to check in, starting at 4:50pm due to an extremely large amount of people. Call to room at 1:30am telling us that our non-smoking room was ready which we did not request - wrong number.

Need security everywhere.

Liked: Beside leaving the hotel that day, everything was nice.!
Disliked: I had a bad experience living in the hotel that day I was waiting for my car at Valet Parking when 2 guys were fighting outside screaming of yelling, and I did have my daughter with me. The guy was about to pull a knife out and we got scared. That was a bad experience, especially for my daughter. No security was there.

My overall experience was wonderful.

Liked: The gentleman that checked me in asked me if I wanted to upgrade my room and I was absolutely HAPPY he did. I truly appreciated that. The bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I had in a long time.
Disliked: I wasn't happy about the price but I wanted to be closer to my daughter and granddaughter. I guess I need to gamble a little more to get comp rooms, LOL. But I'm not complaining.
