Great location & price. 1st...

Liked: Loved the location.
Disliked: My first room smelled horrible of smoke! But staff got me another room quickly! & there was no remote for the TV!! Called numerous times but couldn’t get an actual staff member.

Liked: I stay at this location a lot. I enjoy the convince of the hotel.
Disliked: My room was hot all night. It stunk, the bedding was full of black crinkly hairs and the bathroom had white crusty stains all over the floor and bathtub. I paid a lot of money for a dirty stinky room. I will rethink where I stay unless it's more affordable for a dirty stinky room.

Liked: Clean, taken care of, lots of things to do besides just the hotel
Disliked: Ordered doors from the app and it never made it to the restaurant. We waited over an hour and never got a response that our food was ready. Walked down to the Brew Brothers counter and they never got the order so that was frustrating

Overall, our stay at Harrahs...

Liked: The room stayed a comfortable temp. There was garage parking. The staff members that we encountered were wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean. The signage was adequate.
Disliked: Had to walk quite a ways to get something to eat. The garage was not patrolled. There were no courtesy carts to ride between garage and hotel, or casino and hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable for my husband. There were no drink stations (water and soft drinks) in the casino.
