Nice stay, will be returning...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff nice air conditioning room was extremely roomy. It had a nice refrigerator, decent channels on the TV. Nice shower with nice water pressure water get extremely hot, good food options.
Disliked: Found hair in one of the beds, found old chewed candy beside the bed, ask for a review it wasn’t really a Riverview. Doors to rooms need to be repainted. You could also hear people, showering and flushing the toilets and stomping.

Liked: The beach are and pool were very nice.
Disliked: The room That we stayed at was extremely hot.The A/C never cooled off the room. The bartender at the bar were very rude.

Too long and I only...

Liked: The Guy Fieri restaurant.
Disliked: The Adult pool was closed which was the only reason I booked it. When we got there the toilet wouldn’t flush…..then the toilet proceeded to flush on its own all night. The bathroom sink drain didn’t work so there was constantly a pool of water in the sink. There was also black moldin the shower which I’m super allergic to.

Disliked: If you are bringing with kids make it sure to call them first to ask if the family pool are open when we stay here its closed( its summer break) some of the restaurant are closed too certain days are open like guy fieris and pizza store, ice machine at 12th floor are not working,elevator are slow coming up/ down nor open/closed people are pilling up at the hallway, wifi are slow app ordering food are not working even the check in kiosk i prefer you to wait at the front desk

Disliked: Pool filthy...Elevators were out...unacceptable. I am done with Harrahs. Needs major renovation.

Liked: private access to "beach"
Disliked: Beach/bar staff are kinda rude. I asked the lady about their rules on why they won't allow pets in the beach area, they said they dnt know. On their website it says there pets are welcome. We brought our small dog for the first time with us and we were disappointed they won't allow with us in the beach. On our 2nd day there, i see a couple with 2 big dogs allowed inside the beach, and this couple let theses dogs, pee and poop there by the beach side with people and kids swimming, i reported to the lady by the bar and she said if they are service dogs they can be inside, and then i told about peeing and pooping there and she just ignored me and walked away, what kind of waitress attitude is that?Also, our room is kinda dusty, the aircon is old style full of dust, the bath tub is clogged, and housekeeping doesn't even come until 8AM, when i called to ask for towels, the front desk told me to wait until 8AM for them to arrived wth.
