Disliked: The hotel was outdated.The pool was not perfect.

Liked: Convenient location. In the middle of most attractions.
Disliked: My room had no shower door. Glass wall was not wide enough to keep water in. Not sure if all rooms are like that.

Disliked: Staff is terrible at the front desk And view from window of dirty building roof was even worse

Liked: Location was good. Staff was great. Had 2 good customer service encounters and they were both excellent. They actually made us feel like they wanted to help us and not just because it was their job.
Disliked: The additional fees kinda sucked but they were posted and that's just part of staying in the Strip.

Disliked: The shower needs a door. Water was all over the floor. The cleaning lady was extremely rude when I asked for extra towels to clean it up. Would have liked to been able to use the pool past 6 pm.
