Liked: The convenance to the village and access to the other hotels
Disliked: room was very outdated and old. Disappointing to pay what we did and have a rundown room. Also felt the air filtering system on the lobby level was poor. The other hotels were not as smokey or stale/cigarette smelling. The staff in the resturant in the casino area were rude and not pleasant. Felt she was not interested in serving her customers. The whole experience at the hotel was poor and not what we were expecting at all. The other thing that was not great was being next to a room that smoked pot the entire. Our room had the constant smell of marijuana during our stay. Never would be ever come back to Harrah's.

Liked: Room was bigger than expected and had two bathrooms. Very nice. The couch was too old and not comfortable. Musical acts in the casino were a welcome addition and very good.
Disliked: Resort fee!! I don't mind paying for parking the resort fee is just a money grab.

I would stay at Harrahs...

Liked: The property was in a great location to shopping, hiking, and to the lake. I liked that our room had two full size bathrooms in our room.
