It was our 21st wedding...

Liked: We like the convient location
Disliked: The hygiene products were not filled in either bathroom. We had to go buy my own so the listing of am entities were incorrect. We were charged for WiFi we didn’t even. The prices for Starbucks coffee almost $50 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Our room had coffee no sugar or creamer.The cable we had to watch local tv or we would be charged for movie purchases. The view of our room was the roof tops of vents and we could hear the elevator on the other side of the wall as well as people talking as they walked by.

At least put in comfortable...

Liked: I paid $360 a night for this room. It was a upgraded room. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Not exagerating. It was like a board. The couch sunk to the floor. The rooms have no sound proof. You here every little sound coming down the hallway. I wish I could get a refund. It was the worst and we were so excited to stay there.
Disliked: BEDS and furniture SUCK

Disappointed and I definitely won’t...

Liked: We enjoyed the concert
Disliked: Our room was extremely hot and wouldn’t cool down. Water from the bathroom was brown.Also customer service transferred my call so many times for a basic billing question. At one point I was transferred to “the front desk” where the lady said “I can’t help you, go to the front desk. Good bye” even though I was no longer on property.

Exceptional

Blessed to have the means...

Liked: We loved the surrounding beauty of Harrah’s. The scenery was spectacular! We will return to Tahoe again.

Liked: Beautiful large comfortable room. Loved the two bathrooms.
Disliked: Not being able to access a trolley on our own.
