Disliked: no room service for 2 days, took 5 minutes to get hot water, the directions for the front entrance were not good

Enjoyable, beautiful location.

Disliked: The restaurant was adequate but the menu was not extensive, priced higher than the quality of food and slow.

Awesome and will be back...

Liked: I loved the property, the rooms are clean and the concierge service is excellent..The only thing was didn't win nothing in the casino lol..but we love Harrah's!!
