Full of ugly surprises

Liked: Good location
Disliked: First: even though i asked at booking about a fee for my dog, i was told no fee, then after driving 2 days, when i arrived, was told there is a 100 dollar per day fee for a dog. That is not acceptable, bad beginning, then at night an alarm said to evacuate, at 1:30 am. It was a false alarm. I want to return to biloxi but i require honesty!

The first day was terrible...

Liked: The pool area was nice, staff was good as well. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. After all was said and done, it was a nice stay.
Disliked: Took us 4 hours to get our room that we reserved. Watched people come in 2 hours after waiting and get a room as soon as they walked up. Not sure what was going on but also took staff awhile to get towels.

Under staffed therefore the hotel...

Liked: Check in was extremely backed up, not tissue, the rooms were never cleaned.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness.

Overall comfortable beds and great...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Rooms and hallways a little dated and could use a new coat if paint and repair.
