Disliked: hot eggs and sausage instead of microwave

Nobody cleans there, obviously.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location was ok
Disliked: The floor and windows were filthy. There was no shower gel in the shower. No coffee maker. Nobody took our towels

Location, staff, cleanliness all good....

Liked: Location was good, front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good!
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable and kind of lumpy.

No elevator stuff getting luggage...

Disliked: No elevator in the hotel and if I new that I would have looked elsewhere for accommodations else where. Not good putting older people on the higher floors. The refrigerator ran too loud all night.
