Disliked: air conditioning noisy

Liked: This hotel was conveniently close to the grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants. Very quiet rooms, the front desk receptionist, Christian, was VERY helpful with my check-in and any issues that came up during my time here. Plenty of parking available. The refrigerator and microwave in the room worked great! The check-in process was very fast and easy.
Disliked: My room looked clean, but once I turned the lights on, it was obvious that the surfaces were not wiped down, the bathroom had hairs on the sink and in/on the bathtub. The plug-in next to the bed was not working. Neither was the lamp by the window. The receptionist DID come up and clean the room for me after asking what my options were for a new room. The beds were comfortable, and it's a place to lay your head for a cheaper price than most. I probably wouldn't HIGHLY recommend this hotel, BUT I did book another room again because Christian was so welcoming and willing to make my stay better during my first stay here.

Was no extras...just a basic...
Liked: We did not have their breakfast.
Disliked: Stairs instead of an elevator!

Disliked: Electronic door was screwed up and not secure side outside doors don't even lock

Disliked: Tub was uncomfortable, Bed looked like it wasn't made, the room heater unit was noisy, and so was the refrig. The check in staff was not particularly helpful or friendly. The check out staff was great. The room was clean and otherwise fine. the continental breakfast was lacking but you could get by. Rooms are relatively quiet.

Felt like a burden

Disliked: When I got there (had a late flight in) they had already gave my room up that I had reserved months in advance, then proceeded to tell me I'll be charged for the booking.com room and the room that I'd have to now buy (which cost $100 more) which was completely unfair and unreasonable.
