Disliked: Unprofessional and unfriendly staff (one in particular at the front desk) + terrible noise control + dirty sheets + disgusting and broken water dispensers + unresponsive GM.

Liked: Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have.
Disliked: Bathroom/Shower: not a lot of privacy, there is a gap in the bathroom door even when fully closed. Not sure about all rooms, but our room was definitely for a single or a couple, not for a family.

Liked: Great design and new furniture and layout, very modern mix with Japanese style and with interesting elements overall
Disliked: The staff wasn't very helpful with extending one more night but probably they don't have problems locking that in so there is not a lot of effort that goes into it
