Love our stay. So many...

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms, cafe opened “after hours” (amazing!!!!), and last but not least!, the staff was wonderful!!!! My friends and I will definitely be staying again when we come to town, whether together or with other family/friends.
Disliked: Parking kinda sucks and the parking lots a block or so down are not safe, as car windows get broken

One of the worst hotels...

Liked: Location is the only positive thing about this hotel
Disliked: Terrible staff and management. Rooms are dirty. The people running this hotel obviously have no idea what industry they are in and obviously don’t know the meaning of the word hospitality. Rooms are not clean - staff is rude (just as the management/if you can call that “management”). In a sentence don’t go there it’s a terrible terrible choice.

Nice place in historical building

Liked: Room was great. No view but really just needed to sleep there.
Disliked: The neighborhood is sketchy. But we knew that when booking it. Felt safe and secure inside. Parked right in front of hotel on the street.

Very poor

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Check in time was late we were made to wait due to the room not being cleaned timely the pictures on booking do not depict the way the hotel really looks. Overall very disappointing and will not be staying again

Terrible management, the staff levels...

Liked: One of the worst hotels I have ever been
Disliked: The management and staff are a joke they don’t know what buisness they are in and definitely don’t know the meaning of “hospitality” - what a joke!

Great last minute stay.

Liked: No breakfast, but a nice coffee shop where you can get a cup of decent coffee.
Disliked: Receptionist at check in was kind of indifferent.
