Superb

Liked: In a great location and staff were really friendly and helpful. The room decoration was lovely and clean.Would stay here again.
Disliked: The rooms do get hot at night. A fan was provided in our room, but still needed to open a window. Which unfortunately lead to being woken up early to due noises outside.

Excellent stay at Harrington hotel,...

Liked: Great staff & service. Good location, near royal abbey & spa. Lots of food options, even for vegetarians. Wonderful breakfast customised to our needs.
Disliked: Low ceiling for top floor.

Great location for visiting Bath...

Liked: Wonderful custom cooked breakfast. Location was great for visiting Bath's sites. Hotel provided earplugs for those who were offended by bath's noisy seagulls

Grubby

Disliked: Unfortunately the whole experience was overshadowed by a member of staff rummaging around my bag and helping themselves to my favourite perfume, if it had been on the side I wouldn't have felt sooo uncomfortable. Reported it missing to the hotel to try and give the thief a chance to at least pretend they had found it in the bin but nope some people just don't have a conscience. I'm not sure how these things are managed as it's my first experience of hotel theft but I can't say one text message was particularly helpful. The room was small and extremely noisy - seagulls v aircon machine; cups and teaspoons were dirty. Not good value has cost me another £109 and such negative energy so I would definitely not recommend this hotel
