Superb

Liked: Nice boutique hotel in an excellent location for visiting Bath. Nicely decorated throughout Staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Room on the small side - and very hot (though it was 30 degrees when we visited). It's a renovated historic building so perhaps to be expected. Be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs if you're staying on the upper floors!

Liked: Lovely, clean cosy room. Nice little touches with bottled of water,leaflets & books for information re:Bath. Location excellent right in centre. Staff very helpful & friendly. Let us put our bags in early. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing for me but quite a walk up a narrow staircase to top room may be a problem for some.

A hidden gem in central...

Liked: great decor, nice bathroom, helpful staff, fab central location, very close to theatre.
Disliked: There are three flights of stairs and no lift up to the standard double we stayed in, - it wasn't a problem for us and we were already aware, but one to note for the less able traveller.

Charming and centrally located

Liked: Very good location and friendly staff. Loved the decor as well. Bed was comfy and shower was excellent.
Disliked: Only complaint would be the sound of seagulls but that’s not the hotels fault. They do provide ear plugs to mitigate the sound.
