Liked: Quirky but tastefully decorated throughout. Excellent location in the city centre but also quiet. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to leave luggage before check in and even after check out.
Disliked: Nothing

Location is good but I...

Liked: It was in a central location. The staff were pleasant
Disliked: It was opposite a pub that would have its rubbish collected in the early hours of the morning. The sound of the glasses clinking and men shouting would instantly wake you up. The room was boiling and there was no air con so you had to sleep with the windows open. The bathroom was also so hot as there were no windows to the outside. One day we couldn’t even got hot water in our bathroom and had to have a cold shower while waiting for maintenance to fix the issue. The cleaners would leave bedding all over the hallways when people checked out. The hallways were very narrow so you’d have to tread all over the bedding to get out. The rooms were pretty small also. With it being in a central location I expected noise from the pub and drunk people singing at 1am outside your window but I didn’t expect to be woken up every morning by bin men. Reception suggested next time to request a room at the back of the hotel…

Lovely stay in a town...

Liked: Great location right in the centre. Loads of restaurants/pubs and things to do nearby. About 10 minutes walk from parking. Comfortable bed, lovely jacuzzi.
Disliked: A bit dated facilities such as poorly working air conditioning, dusty fan etc.

Highly recommended, a home away...

Liked: Excellent location and breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was big and classy with a personal touch
Disliked: The only issue we experienced were the narrow stairs to reach the room and no lift available
