Disliked: Window was broken and we were unable to shut out the sound of the relentless, 'ASBO' Bath seagulls from 4am! :) wasn't the best night's sleep, otherwise everything was ok.

Never again

Liked: "I recently stayed in a room that had several issues. Firstly, the room was extremely hot and lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Secondly, the shower plug was blocked and started overflowing, which was quite inconvenient. Lastly, the bedding was not clean, which was disappointing. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests."

Liked: The hotel itself is ADORABLE, and the location is absolutely perfect! Everything is decorated so beautifully and caringly with attention to detail. And the staff were all lovely and kind.
Disliked: For my first night, the room the put me in (though BEAUTIFUL) could only be accessed by a winding stair, and then the toilet was not in the room but another flight of stairs, although the most FASCINATING toilet steeped in history I've ever seen! Very cool! Unfortunately I have a very bad knee so this was very hard for me. BUT the WONDERFUL staff moved me the next night. So, if you have mobility issues, best mention it at booking.

Liked: The location was great - very central
Disliked: The room was tiny, cramped and very, very warm. They were having renovations so it was full of workmen and they weren’t serving breakfast. The television didn’t work and we had to request help on a number of occasions to get it to work. We only wanted to watch the news but there was some sort of problem.

Great stay in lovely comfortable...

Liked: Lovely small boutique hotel in a great location in the city centre, within very easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully decorated rooms with very comfy bed. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. They even provided dog beds for our 2 dogs :)Nice little bar downstairs. We didn't have a chance to sample the breakfast.Would definitely stay again.
