Beautiful stay at the heart...

Liked: Amazingly beautiful hotel in the middle of Bath. Exceptional interior like straight out of the catalogue!Breakfast was excellent, too, and very dog friendly (Watson got a breakfast sausage each day and was the luckiest dog ever).Big public parking in 5Min walking distance, bar directly vis-a-vis (a bit noisy in the night).
Disliked: No really good place to put bikes safely, we could “park” them right in the tiny hall, which was about filled up then :-)

Disliked: We didn't get the room we booked, the bed was very small and so was the room but it was still a great stay!

Wonderful stay, great location

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel, in a great location. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and they had great breakfasts.
Disliked: Their online system leaves much to be desired. I had prepaid the reservation, and I received an email saying that I needed to pay to checkout. Luckily I spoke to the front desk which told me they were working out a new system. So basically, don’t check in or out online.
