Fabulous location and beautiful decor.

Liked: We loved the hot tub and the beautiful decor. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic.

A very happy short break

Liked: Location, breakfast, cleanliness and polite efficient and helpful staff
Disliked: The amount of stairs to the room

Top address for a visit...

Liked: Perfectly located at the heart of the citycenter. Major sightseeing Spots are at your feet.Good breakfast and very friendly staff.Tiny but very cosy room.
Disliked: Parking is a good 7 Minutes walk…Staircase is narrow and steep (old buillding) but staff carries it for you to your room.

Great Location but Horribly Stuffy/A...

Liked: The location was excellent, very close to the Roman Baths and other attractions as well as the shops. The breakfast was very tasty
Disliked: Unfortunately our room (room 11 on the top floor) was very very hot and stuffy and whilst an a/c unit and fan were provided they were not really up to par as the a/c unit was very very loud so could not be run at night due to how loud it was so it made for a very uncomfortable sleep or lack there of. There were ear plugs available but we had to be up and out early so needed to set an alarm. The shower tray also got full quite quickly but there was little that could be done at the time and we did mention all of the above to reception when we left. Considering the price we paid and the uncomfortable nights sleep we had we would certainly not stay here again. The staff were lovely and the location is excellent but it was not a pleasant stay in our experience.
