Lovely stay with beautiful room...

Liked: Harriet was lovely and so accomodating - going the extra mile and even offering us a ride into town in the morning.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable room , grounds well presented and friendly host , good having a secure garden for our dog.
Disliked: Very noisy due to proximity to main road.Breakfast offering a little bit disappointing.

Super stay in this lovely...

Liked: Stayed for the weekend in Holly room. Lovely, clean and comfortable. Harriet was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special. Good location. Good bus route in to Rye. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Slight difficulty with working the shower to begin with but Harriet helped us. Personal preference only but would have liked firmer pillows.

Liked: The breakfast was really yummy and prompt, greetings from the staff were friendly and they were very helpful. Room was very clean and in a good location, not far from Hastings and rye. Easy to find and had parking!
Disliked: Honestly everything was really good! It is off a main road so can be a little nosy if ur not used to cars driving past occasionally in the night but they provided ear plugs which we found really useful! But t
