Lovely stay exceeded expectations!

Liked: Room was excellent as was the location and proximity to Rye, the excellent breakfast was an added bonus. If we are in the area again we would definitely try to stay here again.

Fabulous !

Liked: Easy parking and easy to find …. Fabulously clean , spacious and well equipped room. The bed and pillows were super comfy . Tea coffee and biscuits supplied. Tasteful decor. Spotlessly clean and hoovered carpets which my feet sank Into. A fan was in the huge wardrobe thank god as I cannot sleep without one on ! The room was just sumptuous is how I could explain it. There was even a garden with benched tables to eat in the evening or to enjoy a drink in the privacy it the rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked exactly how I like it. Although I’m sure if I wanted it cooked another way it wouldn’t have been an issue. The owners were delightful and helpful and really friendly and had a good eye for detail with books on the shelves to read or have , as I witnessed today and even down to the retro radio playing softly on the wooden dresser without it intruding its sound on the customers having just woken up and wanting to leisurely have their breakfast. A very well oiled machine that is no doubt down the owners working exceptionally hard behind the scenes of this very cosy and homely B& B. Fabulous !
