Disliked: Misleading Photos - Not What Was Advertised:This hotel is nothing like the photos online. The pictures make it look modern, clean, and spacious, but the reality was completely different. The room was small, outdated, and badly maintained, and the “amenities” advertised were either missing or nothing like what was promised.We were so disappointed that we only lasted about 20 minutes in the room before we started looking for another hotel nearby. The staff didn’t seem surprised at all when we checked out right after checking in — which makes us think this probably happens a lot because of the false advertising.We felt misled and disappointed, as we chose this hotel expecting the comfort and quality promised in the photos. Transparency and honesty are crucial when advertising accommodations, and this experience fell far short.Honestly, this felt like a complete scam and a waste of time and money. We would not recommend booking here unless the hotel makes significant improvements and updates their listing to reflect the actual state of the property.

Disliked: The room we stayed in the bed was semi broken it seemed as there was a dip in the mattress, also the room had no air conditioning and the fan provided was no where near up to standard

A clean and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Good location, room clean and had everything we needed- tea/coffee, iron and small, portable ironing board, clean towels, hairdryer and fan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: We were on top floor and stairs would need some repair and attention. No lift so had to haul luggage upstairs. Carpet in room would need refreshed and replaced. It’s an old building and would benefit from some attention and updating to reflect the service and great location. It was noisy in the room but this was to be expected with its location on a busy city street. The price was over and above the quality of the room and again should be reviewed to reflect this.
