Excellent experience

Liked: It has the feel of a true hotel. The staff is wonderful, impeccably friendly, and understanding. I'd especially like to thank JALID, the receptionist, for his understanding and helpfulness. This was the fourth hotel I've stayed at in Europe in the last 10 days, and the breakfast, room, and staff were the best. Everyone can choose this hotel with confidence.
Disliked: The pool could have been a little bigger.

Terrific location for station, parks...

Liked: A bit of luxury after the Camino de Santiago. Booked as handy for Atocha station. The outside area - pool etc - a real bonus. Lovely staff. Good bars and restaurants nearby and Reina Sofia, The Prado and Retiro Park a short walk away .
Disliked: The music in the roof top bar was horrendous. Nothing “rock” up there. We left after one drink. A pity as it’s a lovely area.

Liked: Very clean, beds are so comfortable, staff are so friendly and helpful, great location
Disliked: If i have to think of a way the hotel can improve, it will be something small which is to improve on the ability of making iced coffees.
