Disliked: -on arrival I was told I have to pay extra for breakfast although I already paid for a room with breakfast included. I was charged for 3 breakfast although I only had 2. I am still awaiting a refund!- staff in reception were not interested to help and sarcastic- the pool was not open - that was not communicated on the site- the rooftop was only open Fri-Sun after 19:30; poorly stocked bar, very poor service, dated furniture- the gym was closed!! - room was decent, however what i did not appreciate is the wash basin in the bedroom- very strange design!!- coffee pods were not refilled every day- no dental kit, no robes, no slippers- only 1 restaurant which is open at 19:30- basic menu

Comfortable but with compromises

Liked: Good location. Close to metro and many restaurants in the vicinity.
Disliked: The rooms we got were inward facing and dark. Luggage has to be carried on stairs to enter the property. Extra Charges for all room service

Overpriced and overhyped - you...

Liked: Great location and nice rooftop, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff. The pool might be nice once open
Disliked: - you will not be able to do yoga as on the photos, rooms are smaller than pictured - the air conditioning starts with full mode in the middle of the night, you can get a cold. The airflow is not properly regulated- our sink was broken and needed to be repaired - the TV and music offering is very standard compared to other hotels, maybe it used to make an impression in the past- we did not use the mini bar but was charged for some snacks and beverages, and needed to explain it at the reception - you pay for being at Hard Rock, but the real offering is not impressive compared to other hotels
