Liked: We enjoyed the live music at the lobby lounge and hard rock cafe

Liked: I like all of the entertainment the hard rock offers...
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my toilet didn't flush on the 1st try...I didn't like how the shower over flowed out to the bathroom area...I didn't like that the shower head only sprintts out Lite mist and there was no way to turn on the extra hand held shower head...other than that everything was ok...

Lackluster at best.

Liked: Free parking and the location was nice.
Disliked: When we arrived to the room there was a glass sitting outside the room at the door, inside the room there was old key cards laying on the floor. The air conditioner either ran on high or you had to turn off, no temperature control. The carpet was not stretched tight and had wrinkles, there were stains on the bathroom wall around the door casing and throughout the room in various places. Light fixture in hallway had electrical tape holding it together, Room service was beyond slow the second night never answered the phone when we called, took 5 tries and almost 20 minutes to make contact. Parking garage gates malfunctioned twice creating a line trying to get out and once couldn’t enter, we had to back up and switch to the other gate to enter the garage…. the overall fit and finish was poor. I truly expected more from a name like Hard Rock Hotel.
