Below expectations

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: The shower didn’t have hot water. It appeared like if the staff would turn off the hot water in the evening and mornings. I would have to call every time so I can get hot water. The first room they gave us had a missing couch which I had originally booked. Also it was missing a nightstand. During the transition of the room we had ordered room service and they never brought our food to the new room even though we had already paid for it. They told us they would redo the food since it was cold but staff just reheated the food and it was stale. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. Very disappointed since it’s a Hard Rock Hotel.
