Great hotel could not fault...

Liked: The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful . Hotel clean and modern . The breakfast was amazing !
Disliked: Nothing liked everything

Cool vibe. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic...

Liked: Rooms were comfy. Robes were a huge bonus. Bottled water was convenient and the chocolate cookies were delicious.
Disliked: The shower without walls was a little disconcerting. I was afraid of flooding the whole space.

Large hotel with poor service.

Liked: The location was good for various attractions. Rooms were ready in the middle of the day.
Disliked: Hotel was very big and impersonalI organized with reception for an early morning wakeup call and a taxi for the airport for 5:15 am.I didn't receive my early morning wakeup call at all.The taxi arrived at 5:10 and reception told the taxi that it had not been ordered. Very luckily for me, the taxi driver waited several minutes just to check and I was able to get to the airport.

Very comfortable stay!

Liked: Great decor. Room had fabulous amenities. Loved the complimentary chocolate covered fruit.
Disliked: Construction work outside hotel past 8 pm. Couldn’t access front of hotel with car to drop luggage so had to schlepp luggage to and from car park.

Mixed bag

Liked: Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast service very slow and needs improvement. Two in our party had to leave without their breakfast order despite having paid for it.
