Disliked: Jut the food at the restaurant wasn’t very good but it’s not the hotel‘s fault.

Lovely place to stay with...

Liked: I absolutely loved the exceptional professionalism and care of the entire team and management. I have considerable years of international travel experience. The management and staff were not like any other due totheir continual support and care for outstanding service for their customers. It was joyful! Moreover, it is an outstanding location for seeing many attractions in Dublin where one can walk to museums; shops, et cetera.
Disliked: Upon entering the hotel lobby, the fragrance was so strong that I thought someone had spilled a large real perfumebottle. I am healthy; however, sensitive. It was too much to the point, I thought I would have to stay at another hotel.I had to switch rooms three times, until the hotel with upper management's approval found a solution to air out a room. If not, I would have to go to another hotel. I learned that the hotel uses strong fragrances in their cleaning products, also. This is a Leonardo Hotel. I was told that all the Leonardo Hotels are like this. Therefore, if any one has medical or non - medical sensitivities, one should consider this before booking. A solution was found due to the care. Since there was so much care to find a solution in a professional and caring, supportive, way, I absolutely loved staying there, once a solution was found. A hint of fragrance is okay but this was way over the top.

Excellent location and great breakfast

Liked: Nice big room, fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent, list of meal options was great and the breakfast bar very nice.Hotel staff was very helpful, all the requests were quickly resolved.The location of the hotel is greatly situated in the city center, close to the most interesting places.
