Exceptional
Liked: Mid week one night stay, so the hotel was very quiet. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Better than expected!!!
Liked: Amazing spa, the massages were out of this world! Especially the sound massage was so unique! Also playing instruments was amazing!

Adequate.
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Being charged for parking.The car park is rubble!The hotel surrounds are weeds, should be wild flowers.

Grea family hotel
Liked: Clean and well equipped sauna area (textile free), great pool jaccuzzi and cold water pond (shared with kids). It was super convenient for a family with kids. Since when we visited the occupancy of the hotel wasn't high - this makes me wonder how these facilities perform during a high season. Anyway, for us it was great. Very welcoming and helpful staff, exceptionally good breakfast compared to switzerland. Borrowing an electric guitar is a fun perk
Disliked: Dinner restaurant is expensive and the burger was not good.

Exceptional
Liked: Space was amazing and amenities were nice.
Disliked: Nightstand was not cleaned off and the temperature control in the room was locked.

Great, comfy, stylish
Liked: Great rate because of shoulder season, normally out of our price range. Excellent breakfast, stylish rooms and facilities, very comfy bed and great location in walking distance to hockey stadium
Disliked: Nothing. Usually a lot more expensive

Beautiful hotel in the mountains
Liked: The room was huge as it was on two levels. Downstairs there was a living room with table, chairs and coffee machine and a bathroom. Upstairs there was the bed and a telescope to see the mountains. The room and the hotel were beautifully designed. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food. Breakfast was also very delicious with a broad variety of foods. The spa and pool area were very nice (open till 6 pm for families and after that for adults only). The lobby and restaurant area had a great decor with outfits worn by stars and a Harley Davidson motorbike.
Disliked: Nothing. Travelling with small kids is always a challenge, and it would have been nice if there were curtains or window shutters upstairs as the room was not dark till late as it was summer. There was also no way to block the stairs. A temporary gate for the stairs could be helpful. As there is so much space downstairs, a kitchenette with at least sink could help as well.
