Liked: First time staying and I felt very welcomed by the staff
Disliked: The elevator in the parking garage was broken

Liked: Location is the only thing going for this hotel.
Disliked: Door lock falling apart, whole area smelled like weed, room was rundown. Air-conditioning didn't work. Elevators were rickety and stains everywhere. I work as an engineer for hotels and this place made me speechless. Needs a lot of work

Funky Cool Rooms, Secure Parking...

Liked: Extremely comfortable rooms with secure easy parking. The location was brilliant for access to bars and restaurants. Huge praise is needed for their reservation staff who were able to change my booking last minute due to bad weather with no additional charge - thank you!
Disliked: N/a

Liked: The suite was spacious and clean. Staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: When we came back around 3:00, our room still hadnt been clean, so we decided to opt out.

Liked: It was close to shopping and dinning.Also the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom room was gross and could have been because the property seemed dated. Also the property didn’t tell me they were changing me for parking, so while leaving we used the self parking kiosk to pay 55 dollars for parking and I was charged 40 dollars for parking by the hotel!

Disliked: Room & bathroom could have been larger

Liked: Close to stateline, walking distance to ski resort, walking distance to other casinos, food and entertainment.
Disliked: Checkin was loaded with fees not disclosed during booking, employees were very vague/evasive on fees, couldn't get ahold of anyone in management, very evasive. Management Wouldn't return phone calls and very difficult to reach.
