Dissappointment

Disliked: Wifi didn't work. Blinds didn't work. Bathroom fixtures were dirty/dusty. Pool had debris in it and they gave the pool guy a net with a pole that was 1 foot long, so he couldn't reach it to clean it. The casino comps are basically non-existant now. Didn't even get a dunkin donuts 5$ comp despite gambling a lot. This place is the worst value for your money, and it used to not be like that.

Very good

Liked: The convenience of having restaurants on site.
Disliked: The customer service I received from one staff member at the checkout desk. She was rude and argumentative. However Mr. Brandon was exceptionally polite. Despite arriving and checking in at 2pm my room still was not available at 4:30pm.

Liked: The Hotel and Staff were very nice. Had lots of nice restaurants on property. Excellent pool area. Loved that you got towels from the pool instead of having to bring our own. Check in and out was easy.
Disliked: I didn't like that smoke was prevalent in the lobby/casino area. We didn't have a walk-in shower. It was a shower in a tub with jets. (Does anyone actually use those jetted tubs anymore?) I didn't pay extra for a view and kind of wished I had since my view was some air conditioners and the top of another building.

Disliked: For the price you pay I think every hotel should provide a microwave in it. That’s just my preference.
