Disappointing

Liked: I liked the band at the Lobby Bar on Tuesday nightthe room
Disliked: the room looked outdated no $5 table games

Exceptional

It was a disappointment.

Liked: Facilities met our expectations.
Disliked: When we reached to the hotel we were informed that our reservation is cancelled. We didin't receive any notification neither from booking.com nor from Hard Rock Hotel about this issue and we showed the hotel confirmation to the stuff at check in desk. They called the manager who is named as "Evelyn", she was very unrespectfull and arrogant while speaking with us and here is what she said " Your reservation is cancelled this morning and your booking is via third party and I have no responsibility for this. There is no room with two full beds period. I am doing you a favor by giving you this room and you can take it if you want to stay here today" As we didin't have any other chance we took the room with one full bed ( they also sent a portable small bed to the room ) and paid the same price.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Liked: The ocean view room was excellent in every way possible
Disliked: Everything was to our liking.

Everything was good except the...

Liked: The games are good and the cocktail service is very good.
Disliked: I don't like that Hard Rock allows dogs on the Casino floor. There are people allergic to animal dander. Not happy they permit that.
