The price/benefit balance is insufficient....

Liked: location, bed and staff
Disliked: First of all, those who will go in cold weather should be careful because they will get cold in their hotel rooms, I think! Also, they charged more than the price shown on booking and could not explain it. I don't think their rooms have much to do with the ones in the pictures.

Liked: Greta location , views of the canal lovely.’ Right by tram and such a lovely old building with character
