Unforgettable joy of staying with...

Liked: The same title as one of the Beatles’ songs it’s full of Beatles! Spotless clean, perfect location of 1 minute walk from Liverpool James Street Station and right next to the Cavern! Breakfast featuring a diverse and delicious menu of high-quality options!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disappointing

Liked: The location was very central for everything.
Disliked: We first had a room with a balcony and due to not being able to open the shower door to get into the shower as it was too small, we then asked for a new room to which we where given room 102 which was a better bathroom, however if we had been told as to how loud it can be at night time being just above the Caven club/ Bar , it was not the best move we made to be honest. If I had known where the room was situated I/ we would have stayed where we were. Plus being awaked at 5.30am by a member of staff evicting a unwanted guest. We where then awake. Plus a new bed would be very good In that room. As this was to celebrate my husband 60th Birthday we felt alittle disappointed and our first experience in Liverpool not as we wanted.

Liked: From entering the hotel to leaving we encountered no problems at all, 3 very happy nights stay.

Relaxing, comfortable and fun.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the sights and sounds of the City.
Disliked: Be careful getting in and out of the bath / shower. The floor of the bath isn't level with the floor, it's a little raised and the sides of the bath are quite high. My wife was stepping in to have a shower and feel. Thank God she wasn't hurt but it is a tricky step in, so be careful.

Liked: The location and the hotel's theme. I booked a room with a balcony which was decent in size
Disliked: Fire alarm in the mornings. I had a shopping bag from Boots pharmacy that was apparently thought to be garbage and was thrown by the housekeeper. I called in the same day and contacted the management the second day but no action was taken.
