All things Beatle is what...
Liked: Our room was a large twin deluxe in the lovely Beatles themed Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool . The staff were nice and friendly and efficient. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Cavern club, Beatles Museum, Albert Docks everywhere is walkable .
Disliked: Nothing.

One hell of a night
Liked: nothing to like here. If you’re a fan of the The Beatles, maybe okay.
Disliked: I’m currently staying right now here at Hard days hotel, and indeed it’s a hard night here. First, the room when we entered smells so awful, as if 1000 rats died in it (And I still smelling awful while typing this). We thought it will go away. But no, it did not. Second, airconditioned is broken. As of writing they haven’t done anything about it. The smell is still here and it makes me wanna puke, no air circulation. The hotel didn’t even offer anything. Only apology. Apologize? Would they even accept my apology if I say I want my money back?!!!

It was okay but felt...
Liked: It was very well situated and all the shops were very accessible. The reception was lovely and clean.
Disliked: The staff weren’t as friendly as I would have hoped, we were told our room would be ready at 3pm but when we went to check in was then told we had to wait another 20/30 minutes. We weren’t offered to take a seat in the bar or grab drink it was very matter of fact in our room wasn’t ready and was made to feel like we couldn’t stay. Upon check out we weren’t asked how our stay was. The room we ended up getting upgraded, which I am grateful for however the room wasn’t as clean as expected, there was a mark on the bottom sheet of bedding and the skirting boards full of dusk and the toilet seat was nearly coming off. I have images and videos of these items. I was alittle disappointed in this and was hoping for a friendlier stay. We weren’t advised on bar opening and closing times etc

Liked: Great location, nice big room
Disliked: Rooms a little dark, breakfast is passable at best, key card stopped working twice.
