Wonderfull trip and plac

Liked: Staff was wonderful at check in and check out and in between the Splash park staff was all so terrific
Disliked: Parking was a pain and the rooms were very noisy could hear people move a dish in the next room and dinging elevator all night

Perfect spot

Liked: I loved the spot of these condos! Very close to the beach. Walking distance to various restaurants and entertainment. The kids enjoyed the pool and area water park. The condo meet all our needs . If we needed anything we just text or went to the office. Everyone was very helpful. Would book again. Everyone practice social distance from the beach to the pool area. ... definitely would go back!!

Our stay

Liked: The location is a good location! It's not right on the beach but within good walking distance. Also there are some good restaurants and souvenir shops close by. The on site restaurant was VERY good! The water park was down during our stay but the kids had a blast in the pool which was very clean.
Disliked: If you didn't buy the time share at that exact moment the staffs whole demeanor changed to not as pleasant. Also I was given an option of two rewards if I attended the informational meeting (3hours of my vacation) which were described to me inaccurately. I chose the 6 night 7 day stay at this resort, to be used in the next 18 months. After I declined to put $3000+ down on their "time share" I was handed a paper with my reward options which didn't have the reward I was offered on it. House keeping will wake you up at 7am slamming doors and hollering "housekeeping" to the other rooms. I lost the power to my room one night, so I called the front desk and they said it would be fixed immediately. After an hour of waiting I called back and then it was easily fixed by flicking a breaker. The rooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Overall, we would maybe stay again to try the splash park but it has definitely become a back up plan for our annual trip down here.

Liked: Enjoyed finally being out of quarantine and kids could swim. Great location.
Disliked: Water park for kids closed. Housekeeping could step up their game a little bit. Someone urinated on pull out sofa and apparently housekeeping didn?t notice that or granola bar in the bed prior to making it up
