Good

Very pleasant place to stay...

Liked: Great location, comfortable rooms and nice bar with a good choice of drinks. Food was excellent also. Excellent wine list but the main bonus of this place is the staff. Mostly young but all enthusiastic and friendly and very efficient. Book you won’t regret it
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind.

As good as ever.

Liked: I have stayed here before and when you go back usually it isn’t as good. Not the Harbourmaster. Will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Service was exceptional, food was excellent. I have dietary restrictions (gluten and rapeseed oil intolerance). I was very confident that the chef was made aware of this and took it into consideration by adapting meals. This is a huge contributor to me being able to relax and enjoy my stay. Room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely wet room.
Disliked: Had problem with lock. Sloping roof and skylights.

Luxurious and felt very spoiled

Liked: We visited originally approx 16 years ago and loved it so decided to revisit as an anniversary celebration. From start to finish the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. They seemed to be a really good team all mucking in together. The bedding in our room was luxurious, the bathroom gorgeous and the hotel was just gorgeous. Food was lovely too.
Disliked: My only slight niggle was that the muffin needed to be toasted more for my Eggs Benedict as it was quite wet.

Harbourmaster Delight

Liked: Stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage next door to the hotel. Was fabulous, roomy, amazing comfy beds, and the best pillows I've slept on. I aye in the restaurant in the evening. Was absolutely yummy, had the have and tenderstem brocolli and crispy calamari to start, delicious
Disliked: Didn't dislike anything

Disliked: Loved the place.Can not fault any aspect of the stay.

When can I come back...

Liked: Wonderful hotel with great staff and superb food. The room was well equipped and clean.
Disliked: Nothing
