Excellent motel in top spot.

Liked: Wonderful location, being a pleasant walk or quick bike ride from the central city, easy to walk up Napier Hill, and close to the trails to Bayview and Taradale and Puketapu. Being right there on the swimmable beach, without any road interrupting the view or walk, was superb. Nice set of restaurants nearby too.
