We left our high-cost basement...

Disliked: Our room was in the basement at full cost. The room was moist and floor was plastic flooring.

Very comfortable and homely.

Liked: Nice breakfast and staff
Disliked: The parking lot and dock area out back gets shown up by the neighboring hotels but is certainly not in bad condition at all.

Good value

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Afternoon cookies were amazing. Location was good. Hostess was charming. Bed was comfortable. Fun to meet other guests at breakfast.
Disliked: Small bathroom but adequate. Lots of little floor ups and downs and would be easy to trip (although we did not).
