Great location but a bit...

Liked: Very basic amenities and shower recess needed some updating and grouting needs a good clean
Disliked: Very pokey shower and basic amenities in the bathroom.

Awesome location and atmosphere and...

Liked: We loved the view of the Sydney Opera House and proximity to the harbor. Beautiful area with a pretty active nightlife. We found it convenient to walk to a variety of restaurants and eating venues. The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful and the staff super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The parking wasn't ideal, but considering the location, what we expected. Our room was pretty small, but it is the one we wanted.

Excellent hotel conveniently located for...

Liked: A loverly boutique style hotel. Charming staff, spacious rooms with excellent views of the Sydney harbour bridge and opera house. Location is perfect near to all the amenities with ferries, trams and buses close by for people who want to explore further afield.
Disliked: No passenger lift. However there is a service lift so you won’t need to carry your luggage to you room

Liked: Location Location is great short walk to the Rocks and harbor
Disliked: on check in we were given a room just of the Foyer, which I was surprised at at we had booked serval months in advance. At check in I did asked for another room but was advised no. I do understand that the hotel is listed and room can be an odd shape, but our room was small and had two separate steps to navigate, which we were advise of but the main one to enter was a bit high and we had to leave the light on over night so we did not fall down. So no wine glass, no larger cups, we did ask at reception if we could have a larger cup, but was advise that since the change of owners this have been take out of the rooms, no toilet brush, and a air-condition hum 24/7 and this was not the room air-conditions, seems to come from outside. if you are given 106 or 105 ask for another room

Good

Liked: It was comfortable and contained all the essentials. Staff were friendly. It was in the perfect location, close to the ferry terminal where we departed for our cruise.
Disliked: The room was a little dusty. There was no elevator available which didn't worry us but may be inconvenient for others.

Perfect location - we loved...

Liked: This fantastic boutique hotel is in a great location for exploring The Rocks and The Quay. The staff could not be more helpful and made you feel like a friend rather than a guest. The room we had was so spacious with a view above the roofs of Sydney Opera House. The bathroom was simple but functional for our needs and had lovely toiletries included.
Disliked: Nothing
