Excellent location, lovely intererior, rooom...

Liked: The location in the 'Rock's' area of Sydney was ideal for us and very convenient for sightseeing, eg for Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay with ferries, Botanical Gardens, main shopping area and historical Rocks area.Main reception area very welcoming, staff were helpful and friendly (Harrison in particular).The room was a twin room and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space with a comfortable sofa.
Disliked: Design of bathroom was a little outdated and a couple of things were a bit annoying - the shelf above the sink was too low so it was awkward brushing teeth etc. Taps in shower weren't labelled and I found not straightforward to use. Shower head was a little low for me and too low for my friend who is tall.

Liked: Location was walking distance to everything and easy access to metro. There is an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We stayed twice, during the first stay the air conditioning was noisy and leaking

Fine for a night.

Liked: Entrance/Foyer was very promising and I was excited when arrived. Location was excellent in the middle of the ROcks.
Disliked: The room was very small, outdated and the biggest complaint was I had to run the water for nearly 15 minutes before any warmth came through. A very big waste of natural resources and I was standing in the cold waiting and waiting. Also if you were carrying a bit of weight this room would not have been good for you. To get to the toilet is tiny. I am a tall lady but not overweight and there was very little room to get to the toilet, sit on the toilet and to get into the shower. Staff didn't smile or look at all like they wanted to be of any assistance.

Liked: The location is superb. The staff were very nice and friendly. The foyer was a great place where we met some other fellow travellers.
Disliked: The room was nice however the bathroom was a small space.
