We will be staying there...

Liked: It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The AC worked well, the full size fridge was awesome, and it was nice having some counter space for breakfast.
Disliked: The shower was a little dirty.

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location for my husband and I. Close to the water and accessibility was much appreciated. Mike is a great host and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Absolutely great, felt like home...

Liked: Spaceous, the owner was really nice and even had supplied some snacks in the room. Also gave my 5 year old some bubbles it was just very thoughtful.

Decent room, don’t recommend

Liked: Property is okay, rooms updated and clean
Disliked: Aggressive and angry staff, entered room and cursed at us to leave. Very hostile. Unfortunately I did not heed the prior reviews, this is a hit or miss situation. I am sure there will be a rebuttal of the occurrence, that is fine, I just won’t stay at a non-commercial motel after this distressing experience.

Liked: We got into the room very late, so we didn't experience too much, the room was ok.
Disliked: The bed was too hard

Great clean place close to...

Liked: Don't let the motel appearance view from the road fool you. Once checked in had the most wonderful king suite with deck that had mountain views, Amazing comfy beds giant room with full kitchen.Close to all the action that the Parker strip is known for. Close to Foxes floating bar, and Roadrunner's floating bar, Pirates den waterfront dinning and bar.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: Not worth the price.
