Decent

Liked: The hotel is located close to the town. Staff were friendly. Food was tasty
Disliked: Road front room which overlooked a fairly busy road. Car noise was more or less constant at night and with all windows shut, plus curtains it still kept me awake. Expensive but that's Galway!

Liked: Amazing location, parking was easy, right by the water, short walk to town - the breakfast was amazing as well!!

May 2025 - 3 nights

Liked: Staff were all fab and friendly, happy to help organise taxis for us and to answer any questions we had.Room was a good size and beds were very comfortable.Location was perfect for exploring the city. Restaurant served a delicious breakfast and dinner menu was great.
Disliked: Some mornings for breakfast there was a long queue for the hot drinks machine so we got a drink at a coffee shop. Maybe another machine might be useful?Maybe a little more storage might have been good as there was only one small drawer. We only stayed for 3 nights so definitely didn't bother us too much for a short stay.The extractor fan in our en suite was super loud! We asked for some help switching it off at the reception desk. They suggested taking the key card out of the unit by the light switch, but that did nothing despite a small sign in our room saying to pull the cord.
