Liked: Hotel was nice and a close walk to Quay street and other things to do in the city. Parking is super convenient also.

Excellent staff and great atmosphere...

Liked: Wonderful staff! Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. Kate, at reception, went above and beyond to provide helpful information! Continental breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: One of the bartenders did not know how to make one of the specialty cocktails and took a very long time to do so. The hotel is also a little bit removed from town. View from the room was also not great.

Adequate, but not great.

Liked: Downtown location, apparently near the water.
Disliked: Near water but no water view. "On the docks" restaurant is just an ordinary room with no view. Mattress like a sheet of plywood. Bathroom right next to bed so the unfortunate soul in bed gets blasted with light if the other person gets up to use the bathroom. Traffic noise. Parking is an extra charge (though discounted for hotel guests).
