This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved it so much that we have booked another Harbour Hotel in Salcombe.
Liked: The views of the harbour; the spa; the amazing dining room/bar at the top of the hotel; the rooms; complimentary sherry and gin.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Perfect from arrival to departure
Liked: A really impressive hotel, all staff were wonderful, they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The Jetty restaurant was excellent. We will stay here again.

Liked: I love the location and cleanliness
Disliked: My husband and I hated the bathroom door, I’m still not quite sure why people do this, but have a clear frosted door to go to the bathroom. If I had known the door was like that I wouldn’t have stayed in the hotel. It makes it very uncomfortable.

Hotel fine but disappointing response...
Liked: Unfortunately my partner had the Thai curry and was violently sick all night. I spoke to the desk who said they will speak to the manager and get back to me. I have just returned from the QM2 trip and no response from your hotel

Liked: Good location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Food was poor and expensive.Drinks were very expensive .

Very good
Liked: Nice hotel on the waterfront in Southampton. Parking is not the best, pay by phone lot behind the hotel. I found the hotel to be well maintained and the staff polite. It was also expensive and 100% booked by the cruise industry passengers meeting their ships in Southampton.
Disliked: Charging for parking and nickel and diming the guests for every extra. For example they gave us a £25 pound off a spa treatment coupon but it expired on the day we arrived.
