This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved it so much that we have booked another Harbour Hotel in Salcombe.
Liked: The views of the harbour; the spa; the amazing dining room/bar at the top of the hotel; the rooms; complimentary sherry and gin.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

STAFFING LEVEL QUESTIONABLE OVERNIGHT -...
Liked: The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable
Disliked: Lacking duty of care during a fire alarm going off twice during the silent hours. Communication extremely poor. Only one member of staff left on duty on desk. Telephone system failed. It was evident that due to what was deemed a fire alarm going off on two occasions the desk was inundated with guests wanting answers. Management presence wanting . Complaints were made during the next morning and noted for investigation.

Disappointing
Disliked: Expensive for what it was no special toiletries displayed everything in big containers which you normally get in a 3 star hotel......We stayed for 1 eve had drinks in the Harbar during the eve we ordered a bottle of wine around 10.30 then a team of Dressers started taking down decorations ready to redress with the new Seasonal theme this should have been done once the Bar was closed. This was my partners Birthday and after paying nearly £300 for the room we were not impressed so will not be coming back.
