Superb
Liked: I received 2 calls from the hotel prior my visit. Both times at the time I was actualy planning to call. Both time the staff were extremely helpful. The whole experience was amazing and the complimentaly g&t in the room was just icing on the cake. Thank you!

Lovely hotel to stay in....
Liked: Beautiful building. Very comfortable and well fitted bedroom.
Disliked: Unfortunately there were problems with the heating and hot water system the first day. Staff were very helpful and it was sorted.

Liked: Stunning interior and exterior. Rooms was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The lift and stair doors didn’t have a soft close, our room was close to a door which banged loudly throughout the night. The bath plug did not work, therefore I could not make use of the bath in the room which was a double blow as the spa hot tub was out of use.

Lovely break away
Liked: The rooms was big and the hotel in a great location
Disliked: Wasn’t aware the spa facilities weren’t working as it didn’t state it on booking.com and then found out the day before from an email from the hotel

Lovely Hotel with slight issues.
Liked: This is a grade listed building in a n excellent area. The staff were amazing and location spot on. I
Disliked: Rear car park entrance could be made more welcoming on arrival. The reception que line needs defining as there is lot of congestion at busy periods. The table light bulbs in our room have never been cleaned. This set us off checking the curtains and the wardrobe tops l. Not what you want to start checking when you have paid 200 pounds a nite. Bed good and towling. Bar is often unmanned.
