Nice hotel gir reasonable price....

Liked: Good value; clean; very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: First floor room slide opens right to sidewalk/street; entry door in breezeway that goes to street sidewalk. Didn’t feel secure.

Decent, clean hotel - walls...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Location was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Being on the first floor, people above tend to forget that there are people below them. The people above us (who clearly had children) were running back and forth across the floor. As parents of 3 children and 9 grandchildren, we understand this challenge but reminding the guests as they check in that there are other guests below them or attempt to put them in a room NOT directly above another occupied room, may help, if possible. It was distracting and we could barely hear our TV and enjoy our anniversary evening together.

Great price, good location, could...

Liked: the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, check-in/check-out was easy, it was very close to the marina and boat yard and those are very fun to walk through and have many cafes and restaurants. They only charged $20 for our dog which is great.
Disliked: the sheets were clean but the comforter and top of bed throw were stained, so was the back of the black out curtain, lots of stains. We were in a pet friendly room and there certainly was a funny smell.

Liked: Clean. Close to everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: Pet rooms only on first floor which wasn’t a big deal but hearing the creaking/footsteps above wasn’t ideal.

Liked: Location, price, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Beautiful views of the marina.
Disliked: Property and furniture a bit dated. TV didn’t seem to work, but that could be user error.
