Great location and price for our show.

Liked: Wicked clean and quiet.
Disliked: It was way cold outside.

Central Location, Value for Money

Liked: The hotel was centrally located, just right next door to Quincy Market and Fanueil Hall. The staff were all polite and accommodating. And the room was clean and spacious.

There was no view eitber

Liked: It was a place to sleep while i explored downtown Boston.
Disliked: I paid for parking but couldn't use my car once I checked it into the garage without having tk pay twice. They advertised as having parking, I don't mind paying extra for parking but they should have to tell you thst you will be unable to get your car.

Charming nautical theme in the...

Liked: Absolutely charming hotel with a cool nautical art theme. Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the location. Location is perfect, T stop is at the front door and less than a 5 minute walk from North End, Fanuiel Hall/Quincy Market area, and the waterfront.
Disliked: Hotels in Boston as a whole are insanely expensive, this was no exception--but for Boston, it's a GREAT value. Highly recommended!

Liked: Just about everything, firstly location, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, couldn't fault the hotel facilities in any way. Should we be lucky enough to return to Boston there will be only one hotel my wife and I will choose and that's the Harbourside
Disliked: I honestly cannot find a fault, due to our early flight home, even met the night shift reception staff, who were exactly the same friendly helpful people as at peak hours
