Liked: Location pools and rooms are very nicely decorated. Bar was great as was the Fish house. Robes were lovely too. Spa was great too. Loved having a balcony that is a real draw for me.
Disliked: No room service. Especially in the morning. Coffee maker was good.

I expected more from a...

Liked: The other building where the spa was located was cleaner. Housekeeping made our beds and replenished coffee but not the water. Bar staff was very nice and accommodating. Spa services were excellent.
Disliked: Lobby and elevators were dirty. Showers are lukewarm warm with no pressure.Housekeeping knocks on the door day of departure to ask when you are leaving.

Liked: Location good. Shuttle service excellent.
Disliked: Room only cleaned once in 4 days. 2nd day at request do not disturb sign was posted however it was not cleaned after that. Map of walking path would have been helpful.

Liked: The location can’t be beat . Very easy to get around.
Disliked: It’s a little old and our AC unit kept making a thudding noise. They didn’t have any other rooms so it was hard to sleep
