Liked: Large bathtubs
Disliked: Hotel staff barged into our room without knocking in the early morning, despite a do-not-disturb sign hanging from the door. Unacceptable, especially with a woman in the room.

Great location, beautiful views, but...

Liked: I enjoyed the beautiful view on the third floor in the west wing of the hotel.
Disliked: The bed in room 307 needs to be replaced! It was sagging old mattress and the pillows were lumpy. I have stayed here before and have thought the mattresses were comfortable so this was a first. Please replace the mattress and pillows in 307. I woke up with the worst backache.

Can’t beat the location.

Liked: The balconies and size. Staff very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Most plugs need updated (cubes don’t fit securely in plug) and can’t charge except plugs in BR and by fridge. But my main complaint is no microwave, but I checked before hand and brought my own. Paying to park.

Very beautiful hotel & relaxing...

Liked: The room was big with a very nice balcony and an ocean view. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing in the entire hotel. We loved the pool, the sauna and the 21+ adult jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly. The location was fantastic - right in the middle of everything.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was no complementary water in the room. For a hotel room at this price range, there definitely should be some water bottles available for guests. The gift shop barely has any gifts for sale so I thought that store was very misleading. No restaurant/bar at the location is a little bit strange. You have to walk to a restaurant right next to the hotel for breakfast which is quite close but still quite a strange concept to me. The bed was big and nice but the pillows were very uncomfortable (had neck pain).
