great hotel, service and location

Liked: lovely large room with super comfortable beds. great location opposite Santa Barbara pier.very helpful and attentive staff.
Disliked: child sofa bed wasnt set up and it took a while to find the appropriate sheets and bedding to do it, but the staff did try and worked it out in the end

Went there to relax and get a different scenery and we did just that

Liked: The grounds were very clean and beautiful. The staff were all really kind and helpful.
Disliked: The tv was not a smart tv and it could have been bigger

Best location in SB.

Liked: Great location opposite the beach and next to the pier. Spacious and tastefully furnished room overlooking beach. Heated pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: Nothing much really. The check-in time is a little late at 4pm and we were unable to check-in sooner. No pool bar open while we were there - maybe in Summer.
