Liked: We liked everything! Coffee, snacks, a very clean room, great location, the view of this gorgeous lake!

Location, location, location - on...

Liked: Well trained staff, Polite & Friendly. They clearly understood hospitality. The shower had a lip on the floor so the water didn't run everywhere like the last three places I stayed at did. The location on the lake was very convenient and scenic. Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva was a plus.
Disliked: There was no breakfast, no desk or table in the room, pushing a wheelchair up a few inclines both outside and inside the building was not fun. The ad indicated a small kitchen which was a microwave, a K-Cup and a fridge that didn't get very cold. The TV had unusual controls that took awhile to figure out. The lighting in the room was not ideal. The air conditioner /heater didn't work - I didn't need it and just forgot to tell the staff. The walls were a little thin. The whole operation felt rather Spartan or minimal.
