Harbor House Hotel and Marina

Awesome hotel. Enjoyable room. Location next to Dickens on the Strand was ideal for us. Breakfast very disappointing. At the price paid it should have been cook to order, with plenty of hot items.

Great view of the harbor.

Liked: I loved the view from our suite. The bed was extremely comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The AC in our suite (front room) did not cool the room. The breakfast was sad and the same every morning. For the price of our suite, we should have been blown away by everything and we were not.

Liked: We liked everything about the property and especially being close to cruise port

Liked: Employees were polite and professional.
Disliked: Had a shuttle for a cruise and the shuttle company told us they had no room even after we paid. We had to walk to the cruise terminal with all of our luggage. We are both disabled Veterans also. We were not happy at all and it was very difficult.
