Overall, terrible customer service

Disliked: Everything. Initially we were given a room where the A/C didn't work and two single beds were pushed together for the double. Then we were given a twin room (two singles) TWICE and then finally we were given a double room with working A/C. My partner and I had to walk up and down the stairs trying to sort out our room for 2 hours! this was not pleasant. Just because the staff didn't check the room properly. When checking in the staff asked for my name (which is long) and then asked if I was another individual just because we both had ethnic names. This was not nice at all - not everyone who is of colour has 'difficult' names ; felt racially discriminated. The staff could've asked me to reiterate my name or even ask me to spell it but assuming another name that looks ethnic is me is rather disrespectful.
