Liked: The lady in the office was very pleasant and went the extra mile to give me a lift as my van broke down. The facilities were clean and tidy and other guests were very respectful.

Liked: The unisex public bathroom was quite clean.
Disliked: The room was overpriced and really dirty. There was leftover tobacco and cigarette filters beside my bed, and the fridges and kitchen were dirty as well.
